CNC Brandtools are made of solid carbide which ensures that they stay sharp much longer than high speed steel tooling.
The single upcut flute allows chips to be cleared very efficiently at high speeds. The tools are designed for high clearance on the backside of the flute to minimize heat buildup and therefore do not require lubrication.
They are especially effecting for machining ACM where they produce a smooth and consistent finish.
